Return PolicyReturnsWe will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from BusyToys.com within 30 days of shipment. There is a 10% restocking fee for qualified returns. BusyToys.com is not responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. You must call 800 999 9599 to get a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items returned without a valid RA# will not be accepted. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to BusyToys.com in any way. BusyToys.com will refund the order minus actual shipping costs and restocking fee. This applies to orders that had previously qualified for free shipping. The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the order that had qualified for free shipping. Defective Returns Defective merchandise that has been used should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Defective merchandise that is still in new and unused condition should call 800 999 9599 for a Defective Return Authorization number (DRA#). Defective items without a valid DRA# will not be accepted. Damaged Returns If your shipment arrives with obvious handling damage to the box, refuse the shipment and call 800 999 9599 to notify us. If you find shipping damage after delivery, please call 800 999 9599 for further instructions. Do not throw anything away. Save all packing material and leave package undisturbed until you talk to us. Do not ship the package back to BusyToys.com until you are told to do so. |
