At Busytoys.com, we are extremely committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more streamlined and enjoyable shopping experience.

We collect your name, address, credit card information and email address when you submit an order. That information is used to process the order. You can decide in "My Account" if you would like to receive a monthly email newsletter from Busytoys.com that has specials and upcoming sales promotions. If you choose not to receive the newsletter, you will not receive any email communications from us other than in regards to your order.

Busytoys.com will never rent, sale, or disclose ANY personal information about our customers to outside parties.

Credit Card Fraud

Busytoys.com understands our customer's concerns involving fraud and personal data submitted over the internet. Busytoys.com uses state of the art computer encryption technology (SSL) to secure ALL transaction data over a digitally secure server. We verify phone numbers and billing addresses of all orders placed online.

Our digital certificate is issued by Verisign, one of the most respected names in online security. When you place your order, do so with the utmost confidence that Busytoys.com has the latest security available.

We are prohibited from collecting personal information from children under 13. This is done to protect the privacy and security of children, and we are happy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. In cases where information was accidentally collected, the parent has the right to review the information, have the information deleted from our records and refuse any type of further collection or use of this information.

If our privacy policy is changed in any way, we will post news of the change on the website for customers to review.

Returns

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Busytoys.com within 30 days of shipment. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Some examples of used merchandise include running fuel through an engine, starting to assemble a model, or discarding packing material.

Defective Returns

Defective merchandise that has been used should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Defective merchandise that is still in new and unused condition should call 818-908-1888 for a Defective Return Authorization number (DRA#). Defective items without a valid DRA# will not be accepted.

Damaged Returns

If your shipment arrives with obvious handling damage to the box, refuse the shipment and call 818-908-1888 to notify us. If you find shipping damage after delivery, please call 818-908-1888 for further instructions. Do not throw anything away. Save all packing material and leave package undisturbed until you talk to us. Do not ship the package back to Busytoys.com until you are told to do so.

Shipping

All items are shipped United Parcel Service with requested service class chosen during checkout. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours of receiving payment but may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances. A handling fee of $1.99 applies to each shipment.

Credit Cards

Busytoys.com accepts Visa, Discover and MasterCard credit cards. We only ship to the credit card billing address. We also require the credit card security code at time of order. Orders without the credit card security code will experience delays in processing and may be cancelled without notice. Orders where the shipping address does not match the credit card billing address may be cancelled without notice.

Parental Placement of Orders

Parents or legal guardian must place all phone orders for customers under the age of 18.

By placing an order online with Busytoys.com, the customer certifies that he/she is 18 or older.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, descriptions, and pictures on the Busytoys.com website are subject to change without notice. Busytoys.com is not responsible for inadvertent errors on this site and may cancel or refuse orders that involve items with errors.

Limits of Responsibility

Busytoys.com accepts no responsibility for losses or damage caused by any items we sell. All items we sell are intended for use in the Unites States and are not intended to be re-sold. Busytoys.com offers no warranty, expressed or implied for any item we sell. For warranties, we have the addresses and contact information for all manufacturers we sell.

All content shown on the Busytoys.com website is property of Busytoys.com or the manufacturer. Busytoys.com disclaims all liability in the event the website is inaccessible for any reason or accessed by an unauthorized person.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Busytoys.com for any damages and claims that result from your violating the Terms of Service and/or Policies of Busytoys.com.

The Terms of Service and Policies are governed by the internal laws of the State of California and buying from Busytoys.com constitutes doing business in California.
